Welcome to Our Congratulations Basket and Referral Program!
Refer a New Family to NADS
All expectant or new parents are eligible to receive services through our Parent Support Program. Any hospital in the greater Chicago area can refer a new family to us by clicking the button below or calling 630-325-9112. Parents at the participating hospitals listed below can also receive a welcome basket.
How NADS will help:
- Provide a basket of gifts and information for the family
- Connection to a trained parent support mentor with the family at the hospital or later – when the time is right for them
- Offer connections and referrals in the area and through NADS
Each basket will include:
- Several books about Down syndrome
- Items for the baby and for the family
- Information from NADS and other local Down syndrome organizations
